For insurance questions concerning whether your policy will cover bariatric surgery please contact Sherry Lyons at 757-410-4514 or E-mail sherry.lyons@chesapeakeregional.com.
The information that you will need to provide her with is the patients full name, DOB and policy ID and group number. Upon receiving this information Mrs.Lyons will first contact the patient to discuss which bariatric procedure the patient is interested in.
Mrs. Lyons will proceed in contacting the insurance company for benefit information after she has all the information necessary to complete the benefits inquiry.
