- A bariatric weight-loss procedure, including physician and hospital fees for up to a 4-day stay.
- All fees for associated services including anesthesia, cardiology, radiology and pathology.
- Post-surgical follow-up visits for two months after surgery.
Program details
Total package cost of $18,500 includes the following payment requirements:
- Deposit due at signing: $1,500
- Payment due 30-days prior to surgery: $3,000
- Day of surgery: $3,000*
- Extended payment plan: $11,000 ($305.55 per month for 36 months)
